In most Mediterrannean resorts,July & August are Peak,June & September are High,May & October are considered Mid season. The remaining months are considered mild-winter and/or Low season.
IF you have a large family or friends PALM VILLA 36 can also be aaranged for rent if AVAILABLE.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1 Regretfully this is a non smoking villa.
2 The contact name and signatory on the booking form must be over 18 years of age and is responsible for the party occupying the villa.
3 The villa is let for holiday purposes only and must be vacated at the agreed time and date.
4 The number of people occupying the villa must not exceed the number specified on the booking form.
5 Deposits are not refundable and if the full cost is not paid by 4 weeks before the booking commences the owner reserves the right to resell the holiday.
6 The villa must be left in clean and tidy condition – failure to do so will result in additional charge.
7 Broken items and damage (other than normal wear and tear) must be paid for.
8 Electricity above 40 units must be paid for.
9 There is no public liability insurance / law in Turkey; therefore it is recommended that visitors take out holiday insurance. The owners take no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property or for personal injury to persons using 35 Palm Villas.
10 If for some reason the villa becomes unsuitable for letting all monies paid will be refunded in full and no further claims will be acknowledged by the owner.
BOOKING ARRANGEMENTS
Please telephone mobile on 07896527747 to make a provisional reservation. or fill out the form in the contacts page. A deposit (one third of the holiday price) within 5 days. You will receive written confirmation of your holiday as a receipt for your deposit. The final balance is due 4 weeks before your holiday starts.
Damage Deposit
A refundable £150 deposit will be required with final payment to cover costs in the unlikely event of damage, or breakage, additional cleaning or other costs that may be necessary to return the property to the condition it was prior to your arrival. Should the cost be more than £150 then you will still be liable for this. Your insurance may cover you. The damage deposit will be repaid, less any necessary deductions, within 7 days of your departure from the villa.
